Published 5 blog posts optimized for seo a week ago. still no traffic. How long does SEO actually take to work?

SEO takes months not days

Typical timeline:

• Week 1-2: google finds and indexes your content
• Month 1-3: starts showing up on page 3-5
• Month 3-6: gradually climbs to page 1-2
• Month 6-12: reaches final ranking position

Youtube is faster than blogs. can rank in days or weeks instead of months

But still not immediate

I’ve had blog posts rank #1 but it took 4 months to get there

Anyone promising "instant seo results" is lying or selling you something

New sites take even longer. Google doesn't trust you yet

My site got basically zero traffic first 6 months even with good seo

Then month 7-12 it slowly started climbing

Now at month 18 i'm getting 2k visitors per day

It's called the "google sandbox" - new sites get held back

Keep posting. it'll come. just takes forever

Most people quit at month 3-4 right before it would've started working
