How do you come up with content ideas without repeating yourself?

I've been posting for 6 months and I'm running out of ideas already. i'm in the productivity niche and i feel like i've covered all the basics - time management, morning routines, notion templates, habit tracking, etc
every time i sit down to plan my next video i'm like "didn't i already make this?" or "someone else just posted this exact topic last week"
How do you keep coming up with fresh content ideas without just repeating the same stuff over and over? Do you have a system or do ideas just come to you naturally?

Here's my system: every sunday i spend 30 minutes looking at three things
1. my youtube analytics - which videos performed best? can i make a follow up or go deeper on that topic?
2. competitor channels - what are they posting? (not to copy but to see what topics are trending in my niche)
3. google trends and answerthepublic - shows me what people are actually searching for
between those three sources i always have more ideas than i have time to create. the key is understanding that you're not trying to come up with completely original never-been-done ideas. you're looking for YOUR angle on existing topics
like yeah everyone has made a morning routine video. but have you made "realistic morning routine for people who hate mornings"? or "5 minute morning routine for chaotic people"? same topic, different angle
also some of my best performing videos are literally just updated versions of my old videos. "i tried this productivity method for 6 months - here's what happened" type stuff. your audience changes and grows so don't be afraid to revisit topics

I keep a running list in my notes app of literally anything that could be a video. when i'm watching other creators, scrolling comments, or even just living my life, if something sparks an idea i write it down immediately
My list has like 90 ideas on it right now and I add to it way faster than I make videos. some ideas are super specific like "how i plan my week in 15 minutes" and some are vague like "something about email management?"
I also go through my old video comments every few weeks because people literally tell you what they want to see. someone will comment "this is great but how do you do this with kids?" and boom that's a new video idea
you probably haven't actually run out of ideas, you've just covered the surface level stuff. now you need to go deeper or more specific. instead of "how to build habits" maybe do "how to build habits when you have adhd" or "habit stacking for night shift workers" or whatever
