I don't want to get my account banned. So, I want to know what content is not allowed on tiktok?

I got my account banned for "minor safety" when I'm 28 years old

Appealed and got it back but took 3 weeks

Things that got me warnings:

• Saying "kill" in video (even joking context)
• Showing alcohol in background
• Using copyrighted song not in tiktok library
• Dueting someone who later got banned

Tiktok moderation is aggressive and often wrong. Always have a backup account. main account can get banned for no reason

Tiktok not allowed list is long and they enforce it randomly

Content not allowed on tiktok:

Explicit violations (instant ban):

• Nudity or sexual content
• Violence or graphic content
• Hate speech
• Harassment or bullying
• Illegal activities
• Dangerous challenges
• Self harm content
• Fake news/misinformation

Will get removed if you :

• Use copyright music (use tiktok library only)
• Use copyrighted video content
• Spam or fake engagement
• Impersonate
• Are underage users (under 13)
• Promote external links too much

Limited reach (shadowban territory):

• Excessive profanity
• Political content
• Medical misinformation
• Discussing sensitive topics
• Using banned hashtags

Tiktok banned content also includes:

• Promoting other social platforms too aggressively
• Fake giveaways
• Engagement bait ("like for part 2")
• Dangerous pranks
• Sale of illegal goods

What's not allowed on tiktok keeps changing

I got a violation for a video that was fine 6 months ago. The guidelines just get stricter. So, stay away from anything controversial if you want to monetize
