I have been seeing people say they use Chatgpt for SEO. Does it actually work or is this hype?

I use chatgpt for parts of seo but not everything

What it's good for:

• Generating keyword ideas
• Writing meta descriptions
• Creating content outlines
• Finding related topics to cover
• Rephrasing titles for better ctr

What it sucks at:

• Writing full articles (sounds robotic)
• Understanding search intent
• Knowing what actually ranks
• Creating original insights
• Avoiding ai detection

I use it to speed up research but i write everything myself

Google is getting better at detecting AI content. Seen sites get penalized for it

Use AI as assistant not replacement

Google literally said they're cracking down on AI content

Bunch of sites got destroyed in recent updates for using Chatgpt content

it might work short term but you're playing with fire

Plus the content is always generic and boring. no personality

Just write it yourself. takes longer but you won't get penalized and content is way better

AI is a crutch that makes you lazy
