I have been posting for 3 months and stuck at 250 subs. What actually works for growing on youtube? I feel like i'm doing everything wrong

Stop posting random stuff and pick one specific thing to be known for

I was all over the place for 6 months. barely grew. Then I committed to only posting budget meal prep videos

So, I went from 300 to 4k subs in 5 months after that

Also these helped me:

• Thumbnails that stand out (spend 30+ min on each one)
• Titles that make people curious
• First 10 seconds hook people or they leave
• Post weekly at same time

Consistency + Clear niche = growth

Honestly, 3 months is nothing because it took me 8 months to hit 1k subs

Things that finally worked:

• Reply to comments on bigger channels in my niche
• Make videos answering questions people actually search
• Cross post clips to tiktok and reels

But, don't expect overnight success. This is a long game
