Everyone says diversify but how? i have 15k youtube subs and 1k daily blog visitors

My income breakdown with 20k subs:
- adsense: $1,270/month
- affiliates: $2,200/month
- sponsorships: $1,100/month
- digital products: $1,100/month
- consulting: $600/month
total: $6,270/month
adsense is only 20% of my income
start with affiliates (easiest), then add sponsorships, then create a product

Don't try to do everything at once
months 0-6: just adsense
months 6-12: add affiliates
months 12-18: add sponsorships
months 18-24: create digital product
