What’s been draining you most as a creator lately?

Post by Dre »

I'm not going to lie, this week’s been rough. I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my YouTube uploads, but between editing, work, and life stuff, I just hit a wall. You know that feeling when you open Premiere Pro and just stare at the timeline? Yeah, that. 😅

I love what I do. I like talking about creator life, sharing tips, all that, but burnout just sneaks up sometimes. For those of you balancing content, jobs, and real life, how do you deal when your creative energy’s flat?

Ugh I get this so much. I took last weekend off totally, no laptop, no scripts. Just hung out with friends, and weirdly, that’s when I got like 3 new video ideas. Sometimes the best YouTube growth strategy is just to rest for real.

We are in the same boat. I used to force uploads and my views tanked anyway. Lately I just focus on making stuff I’d actually watch myself. It feels more fun again. And yeah, I think every small creator needs to remember: you don’t lose progress just because you rest.
