Number 2 is a big one.

Know your target audience. Know their pain points. Solve their pain points and do it so it's easy for them to take action with little effort.

If you can give them that value, you'll shine in your niche.

I've been stuck at around 450-500 subscribers for the past 2 months and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I post consistently (every saturday), my editing has gotten better, I'm using tags and descriptions... but i'm just not growing

Some videos do okay (200-300 views) but most get like 80 ...
