I'm in the productivity niche and i feel like I'm saying the same things as thousands of other creators. time management, morning routines, productivity apps - it's all been covered a million times

How do you make content that stands out when your niche is saturated?

I've made about 8 videos so far over 2 months. i know consistency is important but i'm still figuring out my style and what works

Should I wait until i have my "formula" figured out before committing to consistent posting? or start posting consistently while still experimenting?

I get decent views but my subscribe rate is really low. out of 1000 views i might get 5-8 new subscribers

What actually gets people to hit the subscribe button? should i be asking people to subscribe or is that annoying?

I'm torn between making youtube shorts (which are easier and faster) or long-form videos (which take forever but seem more "real")

Which should i prioritize for channel growth? or should i do both?

My videos get wildly different views and I can't figure out why. one video gets 5k views, the next gets 200 views, then one gets 1,500. there's no pattern
